Are you a licensed Private Hire Operator?<\/summary>\n

Yes, we are fully licensed by the Public Carriage Office which is the division of the Mayor Office that governs the Private Hire industry in London.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Do you charge waiting time if we get delayed in customs\/baggage hall & if so how much?<\/summary>\n

Yes, we do charge waiting time at the rate of \u00a325.00 per hour but only after one hour from the point of flight arrival.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Where will my driver be waiting for me in the airport terminal?<\/summary>\n

Your driver will be waiting for you near to the airport information desk in the arrivals hall with an airport board with your name on.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

What do I do if I cannot locate my driver?<\/summary>\n

Please call the office immediately, do not leave the arrivals hall and we will try and locate your driver.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Are your cars non-smoking?<\/summary>\n

Yes, all of our cars are non smoking including vapes and e-cigarettes. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How old are your vehicles?<\/summary>\n

All of our vehicles have a maximum age of 10 years. We regularly update our fleet to keep with latest technology, emission criteria and reliability. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

I am currently in another country, how do I book a vehicle?<\/summary>\n

What currency are your prices in? <\/summary>\n

All prices are quoted in GBP. Because of the fluctuations in the currency markets we are unable to quote tariffs in all currencies.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How long before my flight should I be at the terminal?<\/summary>\n

For most flights you should aim arrive at the Terminal 2-3 hours before your scheduled flight time.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

I travel to London in the congestion zone, will I be charged extra?<\/summary>\n

Our prices include any charges. Remember Congestion Charging is only in operation from 07:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday. And Saturday and Sunday 12:00 to 18:00 including Bank holidays.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

I have heard the M25 motorway around London is like a car park, how does this effect my journey?<\/summary>\n

We do everything in our control to avoid traffic but sometimes we get effected. All vehicles have SatNav systems that check live traffic data on route.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

What if my plane is delayed?<\/summary>\n

Our chauffeurs check with BAA before leaving and while on route via an automated phone line, they will only go into arrivals between 30-45 minutes after your plane has landed.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

What if I only have hand luggage?<\/summary>\n

Please inform us before departure, on your return we will be in arrivals 15 minutes after your plane has landed.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

We have cars suitable for weddings. We also provide additional cars for guests if required.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

All our tours are tailored to the individuals requirements and tastes. We will put together a package to suit your interests. Using our local knowledge we can also check availability and opening times of local sites.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n
